About VEYLMONT

VEYLMONT is an India-based menswear brand operating an online store. Registered legal seller: Chinnappa Reddy Gari Ishwarya, sole proprietor trading as VEYLMONT. GST-registered business address: Unit 101, 139/88, Oxford Towers, HAL Old Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008, India. Products and availability

We aim to present accurate descriptions, sizes, colours, prices and images. Slight differences may occur between screen displays and physical products. Orders depend on product availability.

Pricing and payments

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). The amount payable, applicable taxes and any charges are shown before order confirmation. Online payments may be processed by authorised payment service providers. VEYLMONT plans to accept prepaid orders at launch, subject to successful payment-gateway activation.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance if an item is unavailable, payment fails, or we cannot reasonably fulfil the order. If we cannot fulfil an accepted, paid order, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate refund.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing founder@veylmont.in with your order number. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns & Exchanges policy. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Delivery

We offer free standard shipping to serviceable Indian PIN codes with no minimum order value. We aim to dispatch prepaid orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch, subject to serviceability and delays. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Eligible returns and size exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Garments must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached and intact; careful fit try-on is permitted. VEYLMONT covers shipping for eligible returns and size exchanges within India. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned garment passes inspection; banks and payment providers may take additional time to credit funds. Refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other customers' orders or website operations. Website content, branding and product images are owned by or used with permission by VEYLMONT and relevant rights holders.

Third-party services

Orders, payments, notifications and delivery may involve external providers. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply to services they provide.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights or remedies under consumer-protection law.
