30-Day Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your VEYLMONT purchase. You may request a return or size exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return and exchange eligibility
- The shirt must be unused, unwashed and unworn other than a careful fit try-on.
- All original tags must remain attached and intact.
- The garment must be in its original condition, free of stains, odours, damage or alterations.
- Please keep the original packaging where reasonably possible to protect the garment during return shipping.
Size exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size. If your preferred size is unavailable, you may request a refund, subject to the return eligibility conditions below.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. These issues are handled separately from change-of-mind returns, without limiting rights available under applicable consumer law.
How to request a return or exchange
Contact VEYLMONT customer support within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the reason for your request. We will share the applicable return instructions after reviewing your request.
Free returns and exchanges
VEYLMONT covers the shipping costs for eligible returns and size exchanges within India. For approved returns, we will arrange or provide instructions for return shipment at no charge to you. For approved size exchanges, VEYLMONT covers the return shipping and shipping of the replacement garment. Pickup availability depends on courier serviceability; our team will provide an alternative process where pickup is unavailable.
Order cancellations
You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing founder@veylmont.in with your order number. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns & Exchanges policy. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned shirt, we will inspect it against the return eligibility conditions. For an approved return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned shirt passes inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
VEYLMONT offers free standard delivery within India, so there is no standard outbound shipping charge to refund. Any future optional delivery services and their refund treatment will be explained before introduction.
